These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Emmaline app, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using Emmaline, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may not use Emmaline in violation of law, to infringe the rights of others, or to submit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Service Description

Emmaline offers voice-assisted AI features including calling, transcription, summaries, notes, reader tools, and related account services.

Some outputs are generated by AI systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Emmaline, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted components, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate the privacy or rights of others.

•Do not upload content you do not have permission to use

Subscriptions and Billing

If Emmaline offers paid subscriptions, those subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or subscription infrastructure providers that support our app billing operations.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them. If restore purchases is available in the app, you should use it when changing devices or reinstalling the app.

•Charges are billed in advance according to the plan shown at purchase

•Trials, promotional pricing, and entitlements may change or end according to the offer terms

•Refund requests are generally handled by the app store or billing platform used for the purchase

•We may use a provider such as RevenueCat to manage subscription state, restore entitlements, and synchronize billing events

Account Management and Deletion

You may request deletion of your Emmaline account through the in-app settings flow or by contacting [email protected].

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to transcripts, notes, reader history, and related data linked to the account.

Intellectual Property

Emmaline and its service materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights granted to you to use the service, we reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Disclaimers and Liability

Emmaline is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emmaline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide notice where required.
